A little about me

Everyone has their way to escape the pressures of the world. My escape has constantly been my love for cooking. Over the past 10 years I have endured heartache and tragedy that has made me feel like giving up. I chose to find my passion in life. While being around family and friends all my life, good food has always brought us together. Those were the happiest moments of my life. So, I decided to share that happiness with everyone.

Capucine attended culinary school at The Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge, LA. This allowed her to learn how to serve her customers in the best way possible. Through her passion for cooking and impeccable food quality, she prides herself in staying current with all food regulations to ensure customer safety. Her catering services range from box lunches to holiday parties and everything in between.
